The geographical jurisdiction of APJAKTU is entire Kerala. There are only 3 aided colleges among the 143 colleges under the university. Total membership of AKPCTA from the three aided colleges is 167.

Two working committee members and two state committee members of Association hail from these three colleges. We have representation in academic committee and Research council of the university. The syndicate has four members from the Association. 30 teachers from aided colleges are nominated to the various Boards of Studies as stipulated by the statute of the University.
