Three district committees function under the MG University area: Ernakulam, Kottayam, Idukki and Pathanamthitta. Of the 25 aided colleges in Ernakulum district AKPCTA has branches in 19 and membership in 5 more colleges. The total membership in 2020-21 is 355.Of these M A Engineering College is affiliated to Kerala Technical University and Padiyar Memorial Homeo College, Chottanikkara is affiliated to Kerala University of Health and Allied Sciences.

The Kottayam Idukki district Committee has a membership of 411 during 2020-21 from 26 branches and five colleges which have no branches. Of the 33 aided colleges, NSS Homeo College, Kurichi is affiliated to Kerala University of Health and Allied Sciences. AKPCTA has branches in all the eight colleges in Pathanamthitta district which are affiliated to the M G University. The total membership is 149. One college in Alappuzha, namely, St Aloysius College, Edathua is affiliated to M G University.
