As a service organization of college teachers, the Service Cell constitutes one of the most significant components of AKPCTA. Its foremost priority is to resolve issues related to service and pay, based on existing rules and regulations. It is also the responsibility of the Service Cell to keep members informed about changes in the rules and regulations of universities, the UGC, and the Kerala Service Rules (KSR).
